Pre-BEX Tour Registration Guidelines

Only registered conference attendees may sign up for a Pre-BEX Tour.

Pre-BEX Tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No guests, companions, or plus-ones are permitted unless they are also registered conference attendees. Once a tour is full, there are no waitlists.

Please register using the same email address you used to register for TBEX Kazakhstan 2026. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to take part in TBEX activities.

If you need to cancel a Pre-BEX Tour at any time before the event, please log in to your RegFox account and cancel your tour as soon as possible. This allows another attendee to take your spot. OR email [email protected]. Thank you for your cooperation.

Tours may occasionally be altered or canceled due to weather, operational needs, or partner availability. Participants will be notified if changes occur.
